Aurora FC are thrilled to announce Afrotech Solutions as the club’s inaugural Principal Partner — a landmark moment in the club’s young history that marks the beginning of a shared journey between football and technology.

Afrotech Solutions, a Houston-based technology consultancy with offices in Lagos and Abuja, will have their branding featured on the Aurora FC home and away kits, across the club’s digital platforms, and at all home fixtures for the 2025/26 season.

A partnership built on shared values

The connection between Aurora FC and Afrotech goes deeper than logo placement. Both organisations are built on the belief that Africa and the African diaspora have a generational opportunity — and an obligation — to build world-class institutions.

“Afrotech Solutions is a company that believes in excellence and in Africa’s future,” said Afrotech CEO, Dr. Chidi Okonkwo. “Aurora FC is a club that embodies exactly that. When we saw what they were doing in Houston and in Nigeria, the conversation was easy. We are proud to be their first principal partner.”

Aurora FC president Marcus Durojaiye added: “This partnership validates everything we have been working towards. Afrotech Solutions is a serious company with serious ambitions — and that is the company we want to keep.”

What the partnership means for Aurora FC Naija

As part of the agreement, Afrotech Solutions will also provide technology infrastructure support for Aurora FC Naija’s operations in Nigeria — including coaching software, video analysis tools, and digital learning resources for the academy’s players.

“Sport and technology together have the power to change young lives,” said Dr. Okonkwo. “We are excited to see what Aurora FC Naija builds.”
